Airtec Stage 2 Intercooler Upgrade Kit Ford Focus RS MK2
 
A must for all re-mapped RS’s!

Everything you need is included in the kit.
2.5″ Hard pipe upgrade removes fords 2.0″ restrictive boost pipes.
We saw gains of 11.8 bhp & 9 lb/ft torque increase’s over the standard ford pipes, these gains were achieved by simply bolting on the big 2.5″ boost pipe kit!

TESTING:
Test results Carried out at Jamsport rolling road. Intercoolers being testing for ACT (Air Charge Temperature)
AIRTEC Stage 1 Intercooler: 
Air temp into Intercooler. 141 degrees
Air temp out of Intercooler. 34degrees
AIRTEC Stage 2 Intercooler:
Air temp into Intercooler. 149 degrees
Air temp out of Intercooler. 26 degrees
 
We also saw power gains of 20 bhp mid range & 30 lbft torque increase. This was simply by swapping from Stage 1 to Stage 2.
