Hybrid Turbo 300hp K04-015 Audi A4, A6 B5 B6 1.8T, Passat 1.8T
The turbocharger is installed in longitudinally installed Audi / Seat / VW 1.8T engines such as Audi A4 B5 1.8T or Passat 3B 1.8T. The charger fits 1: 1 and is replaced with the original one. All connections are original, except the turbo inlet is about 50mm. For this, you have to use the 50mm suction hose: CLICK HERE TO SEE
The software has to be adapted to the turbo. In order to achieve an output of approx. 300PS, the following must be installed: suction hose made of silicone, injection nozzles 380ccm, intercooler kit, upgrade manifold, 200-cell sport cat, at least 63.5mm downpipe, and exhaust system. With the right control unit adaptation, up to 300PS is possible.
It should be noted that the oil supply and return lines must be replaced after replacing the charger. You can get this from your VAG dealer.
- The compressor wheel 60> 46.5mm
- Turbine wheel 50> 42mm (original 45> 42mm) as from 53049880023 S3 TT 1.8T turbocharger with rotor grind
- Pressurized can open pressure approx. 0.5 bar (stronger pressurized can 0.7 bar is available under article no.460139 )
